CANCELLATION POLICY

TIME holds SIGNIFICANT VALUE for EVERYONE.
I appreciate and value your business, and I request
your respect for my scheduling policies.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may require
changes or cancellations to your appointment, and I am
more than willing to accommodate those changes to
the best of my ability.
To ensure fairness for all clients and myself,
please provide a 24-hrs notice for any changes.
This allows me to adjust my schedule and allows others to
FILL YOUR RESERVED TIME SLOT.A deposit of SGD$30 or USD$25 is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total service fee.
Please be advised that cancellations or rescheduling
with less than 24-hrs notice, or no-calls, no-shows
will result in the complete forfeiture of the deposit.For appointments scheduled without a deposit due to ESTABLISHED TRUST, please be advised that changes
made in less than 24-hrs will incur a
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING FEE
applied to your service. Following this, a deposit will be
required to secure future appointments.Please refrain from bringing extra guests unless
they are accommodated or specified.
Your understanding and cooperation is greatly

After Care Of Nail Extensions

Be especially careful in the first 24hrs after
application and avoid the intense heat
during this period (e.g. hot baths or sunbathing)Protect your nails by using gloves when doing
general household cleaning and gardening.Stay away from heat and fire,
this may cause your nail extensions to melt.Please seek medical advice if there is any
infection such as swelling, discolourations or
inflammation.Wash your hands thoroughly after being in
contact with chlorine, insect repellent or
sunscreen. And remember to moisturize
your hands after washing them.DO NOT pry the nails if they start to lift.
Please book a removal where I can remove them
professionally and safely.Return for reapplication 3-4 weeks to avoid
damaging the natural nails.
